The sun is out, the sky is blue

A lovely day, first in a while where we got up into the high single digits, and the sun was shining. I felt bad about telling Ottawacker Jr it was going to rain as he left for school. In fairness, that is what I heard on the radio.
 
Day spent farting around, all things considered. Sorted out the post-Europe finances (which caused a sharp intake of breath) and then took Ottawacker Jr to Caelan’s, where he managed to invite himself for dinner. I carried on the birthday week for Mrs Ottawacker.
 
Spent a bit of the evening feeding Ottawacker Jr’s growing addiction for Only Fools and Horses. I think he mainly likes being able to say “plonker” without getting a clip over the ear.
