Smoko at Ruby's

Much nicer weather today - sunshine, cooler temps but the wind has gone.  Yay!  J and I decided therefore to carry on with ride as planned.  Well, almost as planned as I remembered late last night that tomorrow is lunch-with-ex-colleagues day so we modified the  plans a little.  Rode to Ruby's Espresso at the marina and enjoyed a lovely cuppa, clear blue skies and a great view........these guys must have the best smoko venue in town!  Rode home the same route - hey ho.

Quick shower and change then off to the golf club for a light lunch and natter with a small group of lovely ladies for an hour or so then home via the place I get my firewood.  There's nothing quite like a dump of snow on the nearby ranges (yesterday) to remind me that plans for winter need to be made.  Home then to mow the lawns.......another shower then relax into the evening after a quick trip to the milk machine.

Such a lovely social and productive day.
