Rhubarb Ice Cubes

What to do with left over rhubarb juice… ice cubes for smoothies and rhubarb GnT !

Unmotivated today, WiFi kept cutting out (again) so gave up trying to email. Wrapped a book to send my friend for her daughter’s 7th birthday then headed off swimming early evening. A quick supermarket shop and bought ingredients for some recipes to get out of my rut of not cooking from scratch since I bashed my knee.

Enjoyed my knitting after dinner.
