Confidence, Taken in by a Suntan and A Grin.

At the end Of January - Rosco at work cried off on a night out because he was going to see Depeche Mode at the OVO. 

After the concert, He was telling me about it and about thirty minutes after the conversation, an advert came up on my phone, for a mug, with a set list on it. 

It was coming up on his birthday, so I thought, You know what, I'm just going to get it for him. 

It arrived about five days later, but the handle was broken.  So I got on to the company - who sent me another one out, which arrived in perfect time. 

I plonked it on his desk and said "This is not a birthday present". 

he was delighted. 

I went into the kitchen a few days later, and he was making tea in a regular cup.  I said "Eh? "  and he said, he didn't want to spoil it. 

I said, "i've got another one downstairs, it doesn't have a handle, but you can have it for "good" as a pencil holder". 

He was beside himself.  Look - He sent me the photo.  He's stuck it back together. 

He's definitely in the Engineering Department.
