Loweswater

Another good morning of yoga. After lunch we drove to Waterend and walked up onto Burbank Fell and down to the lake through Holme Wood.  From here we walked along the lake and then retraced our steps to the minibus. A great walk aided by good company, wonderful weather and sunshine. We have been so lucky this week.

Restorative cup of tea in Embleton in the way back and then a relaxation session before a quick change and dinner.
