It was FIL's birthday and as it was a nice day we went for a walk over Hampstead Heath. It was very busy as expected. I took my big camera hoping to get some shots of the parakeets, but we didn't see any. A surprise for me was seeing this Red Kite overhead. I know they can be seen down the M40 regularly, but have never seen them over the heath before.
