Monuments and Remembrance in Paris

A rather sombre blip today; I managed to find some time to have a walk around Cimetiere du Pere Lachaise. It is the largest cemetery in the City of Paris, some 110 acres.

The image is from the Mauthausen Memorial; there are many memorials in the cemetery dedicated to the dead of the Nazi Concentration Camps.
