Snail trail

When we looked out this morning we found silvery snail trails on the door mat. I photographed the evidence and jazzed it up a bit.

But it doesn't conceal what it is - a cheeky mollusc has been powering towards my precious petunias. Fortunately they don't seem to like geraniums!
