Central Market
This is the first place we had our lunch on Australian soil. The cruel person, who collected us from the airport, took us on tour of the city. Never mind we just spent nearly 2 days on the plane and are jet-lagged as hell. So that's the reason it took us nearly 4 months to go back there. And what a shame. It's a wonderful place, with stacks of lovely fresh fruit and veg, anything you want, Asian stores, where bean sprouts cost 70 cents not $3.50. All meats of the world, fish, cheeses, coffee, Polish stuff. In one word - heaven. I think we'll be back on weekly basis. Mr H even decided to get one of those granny trolley (on the right in the photo), which are pushed also by young people. It's a great invention for market shopping, where you don't get a trolley.
That's not all about the market. It also has a food hall. I'll be trying out all of the stalls, starting with Korean, than Japanese, and then one after another around the hall.
So this is me, doing veg shopping instead of taking part in wedding celebrations.
I'd better sign off, Hanna's gone to see Disney Princesses on Ice, and I'm having very rare 2 hours for myself.
