We did the Manley to North Head walk today. and it  was a sorta stagger down memory lane as we have done this in the past but I have to confess it did seem a tad harder so the "years" have indeed passed. 
Unfortunately it was also overcast so the normally great views back to town were obscured.  The extra today shows that view and also reminds that it was once a significant burial ground for early infectious diseases and there is also a military installation which is now largely unused.with a "Great" playing field. (second extra) 11.5 Km for the adventure and an ice cream shop just when you need it before the ferry back to town.
