Female Blackbird

It was beautiful and sunny this morning but I had things to do and by the time I was free to go out into the garden it had clouded over. There were lots of little birds in the trees but the light was poor. Several male blackbirds were chasing each other around but this lovely female, kindly stopped and posed for me on the garden fence. I have brightened it a bit to show her lovely speckled markings.
