The driving instructor

Old Scottish gravestones from the 18th Century were often decorated with symbols of the trade of the deceased; for example the baker, the butcher and the gardener.

Happily the tradition continues, albeit on s smaller scale, as with this Peterhead gravestone of a former driving instructor.
