Dentist
There was a quick trip to the Post Office then after the OT visit. Then off to Chesser to Asda because that's the only store that still sells Nambarrie Tea, the best Irish tea. Home then after lunch our first venture on the bus with the Walker. To Tolcross for Donald to pay a visit to his Dentist. We were then to go on to Bruntsfield to the Doctors Surgery, from there to walk down the hill home.
I'm afraid there will be a lot of people in Edinburgh, witnesses to my inadequacies, who may judge me not such a good carer to Donald. We will certainly have to get a lot more practise in with taking the walker on the busses. Donald seemed to insist on parking it in a very obstructive manner and sitting on it rather than on a seat and the brake did not function adequately enough and he several times rolled along the bus in a very dramatic way. All I could do of course was to fuss and laugh at the same time. No-one came to harm though thankfully.
A new radio was fetched from Sainsburys down the road that had been on order from Argos. I don;t think Donald needs another radio really but as he was sure he did we ordered a nice wee Roberts.
