Bike on the beach

I've noticed this bike parked in different places down by the park, but it's been parked in this spot for a few days now. It's locked, so I'm assuming that it isn't abandoned. 
A bit of sun on my walk today! Nice change, although it was still chilly.
I'm off to have a liquid nitrogen treatment on a spot on my nose that keeps flaring up and peeling. Nothing to be concerned about.
