Curious

This is the signal office by Dunblane Station. Every time I walk across the bridge which overlooks it I wonder why there are a pair of orange crocs hanging outside. Sure there is a sensible explanation. 
Wasn't working today as various appointments none of which were pleasant but means closure on some things that need it.
