Victoria Park Village

I got out for a short ride at lunchtime so I headed south to Victoria Park. I have driven through the enclave just outside the park but not properly explored the area so as I was on my jack jones today I went for a look. 

It has been gentrified over recent years and is now called a village. One of the badges of hipster status is the branch of Gail's bakery. I called in for a coffee, quiche and a people watch. The biting easterly wind encouraged me to get moving so I headed home.  Nice lunch though.
