Home pursuits

Since I still have the car I food shopped in Waitrose. The fish counter was very busy with lots of banter between the fishmonger and regular customers. The former was cross because the monkfish order (it is Newton Mearns) had been replaced with plaice which he was giving away. It is delicious and there’s more in the fridge for tomorrow. The Waitrose Belgian White Chocolate ice cream is pretty good too.

I managed to get a last minute yoga place, a deceptively strong session. And I finally finished the birthday card for P that I optimistically thought would take one evening.
