Belton Common
I was a little down yesterday it's true despite being perked up and buoyant about Kagsy65's 99th blip which was right up my street.
Their were some nice words said last night and I appreciated them, thanks!
Today started in the most unlikely way for me as a car in front of me on the way to work hit a dog, it looked all but dead but I found it had a heart beat, I ended up taking it and the distraught owner to the vets.
Unfortunately I don't know the outcome as I left once i had phoned the ladies parents for her as she was so shaken. Typical me i did ask her house number so I could call later to see how her dog was but in the shock of it all i forgot it.
The dog was only 6 months old and I am hopeful that because of her age she would pull through but on reflection she did lose a tremendous amount of blood which is a worry.
So we sit with our hound in the lounge tonight hoping that Felicity's (the ladies name) dog is a lucky dog.
Sad day.
