Gersprenz source

Son P. and I walked (of course together with Caspar) through the Odenwald, going high and low. With once a while nice views (the air was a bit too thick, so no pictures).
Near the highest point of our walk we visited the source of the Gersprenz (I have mentioned this creek/rivulet several times). The source looks bigger than it is. I have put a little black triangle to point at the bottom of one of the side stones where the water appeared out of the earth.
I usually find these "neat" arrangements around river sources so unnatural. But I understand that this way the sources will stay clean and not disappear (and show up somewhere else).
