Driftwood on the beach.

We’d some business to attend to in town.

Afterwards we went to the East Sands. Cold, strong wind, breakers on the water. We’d a picnic in the car and then a walk. Lots of driftwood on the beach beside the little pier.

Recent storms damaged the area at the beginning of the North Pier; it was all closed off.

The wee family dropped in for 10 minutes this evening, a whirlwind visit!
