In the shed...

Thank goodness for my fantail friends.  

Today was an unbelievably frustrating day locating my new washing machine, finding out when it would be installed, chasing up shops who don't answer phones  (but do hang up on you without saying a word!) and generally feeling rather peed off with their customer service.  Eventually my dissatisfaction was recognised and taken seriously and 2 lovely guys turned up late afternoon and installed the new beastie.  None too impressed by their company's lack of communication etc BUT very thankful to now have it installed and running.  Thank you to (Scraggles?) for listening to my late morning rant.
