Decision time

Together with four friends we have a 30-litre cask with whisky at the High Coast Distillery waiting for the right time to be bottled.  It was filled in January 2017. Today three of us had a steering committee meeting when we tasted a small sample of our golden drops.

 
At the time of this blip, we made the decision:  Time to bottle!
