Another day with mum & our yoga friends. It was one of the Jean’s birthdays today. She’s 90. An amazingly sprightly lady with a great sense of humour. She caught the bus as her usual lift wasn’t able to come today. She’s celebrating with family at the weekend & wanted to be with us all today. They’re a great group & I always learn from them.
