Barbecue

Today is tandoori chicken day, done on the barbie, though it's far from barbie weather. The results are super, and it's not even been introduced to its base sauce yet for experimentation.
The two recipes linked above are the best I've found yet for authentic,  reliable, gorgeous indian flavour, & which still leaves creative choices for the final dish.  Hope your weekend is sizzling.
