What flower?

Finished with work today for two whole weeks. The boys finished school for summer too. Fiona took us all out for tea to celebrate.

Now the dandelions have all blown away these plants have sprung up in their wake. Perhaps these are not new plants but an evolved dandelion like how a Pikachu evolves into a Riachu. And is this a flower? I'm pretty sure those are petals.
