Saturday fun

Up early and down the M4 to Chieveley (about 45 min journey) to attend the Newbury lace day - their 40th anniversary.  Quick shop and brief catch up then had to leave to get back for midday.  

This afternoon we had tickets to see “Cluedo 2” - staring Jason Durr (Casualty, Holby) and Ellie Leach (strictly winner).  Quite a modern play, and very comical (same producer as The Play that went wrong”).  [no spoilers] ….

Film night tonight - watched Damsel (Netflix) with Milly Bobby Brown - good film, mythical (has a dragon … that talks!)   - a very “independent woman” film.
