Took this at last minute.

Don't think I've used the orange bus before.

I was in Perth today working for a while. What a DUMP!!

My in-laws stay in Perth and we used to always love the town when the kids were small.

We used to go and stay the weekend, go shopping at the many small independent businesses around town and out for a later afternoon/early evening drink. It was always lovely.

Perth is now so run down it is unbelieveable and it's not down to the "recession". It's down to a rediculous council that is so up it's own backside.

Perth has been made completely visitor un-friendly thanks to a traffic system which beggars belief, parking restrictions on the already limited space and rates which have put small businesses to the wall.

I always get the impression that Perthies seem to think that being the gateway to the north or highlands it's history and tourism would see it through.

Clearly not so. It's a sad, sad sorry shadow of a town it once was.
