Cold and Rainy

Brrr...what a shock to the system, coming home to cold rain! But the day was sweetened by a visit from my son and grandkids, and we had a lovely lunch together and a good catch up. I managed to get a decent walk in between rain showers. I meant to try out my Pilates machine, since my elbow is now feeling better, although not perfect. But there's always tomorrow being late afternoon now ;-)

This hellebore caught my eye this afternoon. It's in a container in my courtyard and the light was hitting it just right.
