Run directing today for my 250th parkrun volunteering  occasion.  It was a really beautiful sunny spring morning.  Deb and Harry came for their first 5k event and Deb really enjoyed it.  

Elaine purchased me a buff.  I modelled it with the red nose I purchased for a workplace collage.
