Fika

There was a great turnout for the work party at the community orchard in the morning and we made great progress with the new rabbit protection and the mulching. There are only about ten trees left to do.
In the afternoon we had friends round for a cuppa and a cake or two. I made these small raspberry treats (hallongrottor) from my Scandikichen recipe book. The information in the book says that these are one of the most iconic bakes for the Swedish fika table. I wonder if my Swedish blip friend Heanku learnt to bake these as a child, as the book describes.
