It's a Dog's Life.....

.......or in this case a cat's.

Today we visited Abercrombie House in Bathurst. It is a stately home built in the 1870s, old and very grand by Australia standards. 
59 tipped me off they were holding a Scottish day and it was well worth the visit. The weather was beautiful, it was busy but not crowded and the dancing and particularly the music were wonderful.
You could wander at will through the house but had to be careful not to tread on the cat which was sprawled out on the drawing room floor, oblivious to the visitors. I saw several double check to see if it was alive.
In extras are the beautiful young harpist and the house from the grounds.

Before heading home we called on 59 and Bob for afternoon tea, where she and Mr isbi discussed knees.
