World Number One

It is difficult to beat watching grass court tennis, with a pimms in your hand with the sun shining. I was very lucky today to go to the Boodles tennis which is a pre-Wimbledon tournament for the players to get used to playing on this surface at Stoke Park.

The star attraction was Novak Djokovic, world number one, and it was an absolute treat to see him close up and in relaxed mood joking with the crowd.

It really, really made me want to pick up a racket and have a game.
