Sick day

Soup is about all I managed today. WasVERY sick again after a slice of toast for breakfast. Don't go to church but watched on line and slept . Headache back too. Must have a bug.
Kate in bed last night as the couple who run the CF as St John's brought some leftover bread for my church . Alan said it all seemed to go. Also more of the sharaki spaghetti and rice fettuccine .
