Best wishes for Mothering Sunday - especially for my Mum. 

A very full service this morning, enrolling seven new members to the Mothers' Union and having a baptism as well as communion. It was also the little girl's first birthday.  It all went really well. 

I had just got my cuppa after the service when we got a message someone had fallen leaving the church hall. I ended up taking him to the walk-in centre. It was mid-afternoon when I got home for lunch. I started to write an article for the magazine but fell asleep in the middle of doing it, with my laptop still on my lap.


The lilies on my bouquet have opened. I was tired and lazy though so this is taken without proper lighting, using the 300mm lens from where I sat! It is just a snap.
