I had a nice day. I had arranged for the daughter of an old colleague to come and get some plants from my garden. She arrived along with her mum now 80 (looks 60) who I haven’t seen for years. She was the CEO and I reported to her. We weren’t close friends as neither of us socialised a lot with colleagues but we got on really well and have arranged to meet again in a few weeks. She was one of those interesting people who could entertain you for hours. They both went away laden with plants. 

Phone chat with sister and a rest after lunch with legs elevated and iced nicely filled in the day. The rash is improving, thanks to those for asking yesterday.
