Woodland Walks

Early walk in beautiful sunshine although with the temperature hitting 25 degrees at 7:30am it's shaping up to be a hot one so there may be no more walks until much later in the day.

The woofer's off on his 'holidays' tomorrow so I'm sure I'll be guilted into an afternoon of ball throwing (with a/c) and I may even stretch to a chicken dinner for the little monster.

Walking the dog is in truth a ritual of renewal and revival on an intimate scale - a small rebirth of well-being on a daily basis.
