Happy Friday

While food trucks are super popular in big cities like Washington, New-York or Philadelphia, we haven't had the opportunity to experience the goodness on wheels around here.
Well today, this colorful food truck showed up down the street and raised interest and curiosity, I'm guessing the colors intrigued people more than the menu.

Linda, the owner of the wheels, said she will be in the neighborhood every Friday, bringing her version of the Happy Friday by offering a comfort food menu.

With colors and a big smile. Gotta try it next week.
