Inspired by Birdland

I started this painting yesterday and finished off this afternoon painting the greater flamingos using a couple of my photos from Birdland. The colour of the flamingos is not quite right, it's a really hard shade of pale pink to reproduce but this is the candy floss colour they are in my head!
