Hetty and I had our early walk and then met Jo and Tessa to survey the access from Jo and Matt's.

Clive came along too and we made great progress now we have a clear plan.

Roger's son and son in law turned up and I had a long chat with them. They are still clearing the house before it goes on the market. I said I hoped the new owners would embrace the cutting and not become territorial about the part they own. They see it as a selling point so fingers crossed. 

I feel we have achieved today!
