Sorry, no bread

Picked up grandson at 7:30 and back to ours for a breakfast of porridge and strawberries. We walked down to the Trent, which was high, and lots of swan. Walking under the bridge the two geese came along on the water and running up towards us, they thought we had bread. Called into one of our favourite coffee shops for croissants and coffee and they were giving customers free cake.
Took little one home for six and now feel exhausted, but love our time with him.
