Is it finished yet?

      A genuine, serious question; on account of the Fence still in position around it. 
     Had I known I'd have done a "Before"  my feeble old memory seems to recall either a Shrubbery or a sloping  Border along the now visible side.
      I've not idea when they actually started, but I found out here, so it's damnear two years. 
     I've NO idea if the link'll work OR for how long until they re-shoot - BUT - seems the olde memory wasn't too far out of kilter?
     Just for my info - I screen grabbed it before work started AND after start but before I saw it.

      I decided to risk it, knowing how good I am at losing things, and "kept" the "Before" + the "During" which precedes me seeing it.
