In the flower basket hanging from the next door neighbour's roof , a robin couple has made its nest. She has incubated the eggs and it seems that two chicks (possibly three) have emerged into the word demanding a constant supply of food.
While she lies on the chicks to keep them warm, he stays a watchful distance away and tries to ward danger away from the nest.
There was similar experience last year, but the nest was lost and the eggs destroyed, Strangely, and luckily for the Robins, lulu seems oblivious to their presence.
