Mum and David

I like this photo of my Mum and David taken in the Summer last year. Looking forward to going down next week and hopefully some descent weather although it’s not looking too good at the moment . I’m not looking forward to the roadworks though especially as part of the M25 will be shut on the day we need to get to Gatwick to pick Richard up.
A quiet day for me as we celebrated on Thursday.
Spotted a huge tractor coming down the hill which stopped at the gate. Another tractor and van too. We watched as they took down several rotten trees that have become dangerous. Sadly Dutch Elm disease and Ash die back have killed off many on the Black Isle now.Not an easy job as they are above the burn and gully .
