Today’s Lunch

Following our visit to Bowhouse we called in at Laurie’s seafood shop at St Monans. They have a very wide range of food.

Today’s entry features our lunch which Pat prepared. Delicious as always. The rather large shrimp were harvested off the West Coast of Scotland in Atlantic waters.

They were delicious! 

The place mats which look like jeans were sewn up by Pat from genuine Levi denim and thread. Left over from a project that Pat carried out in the Caribbean nearly 50 years ago.

The extra is taken while I was waiting whilst Pat had her first visit to the optometrist in 4 years or so. My appointment is in two weeks time.

Hopefully my results will be as satisfactory as Pat’s.
