Alder Catkins

There are signs of spring even if the weather has taken a dip. It's too chilly and dull to be very encouraging but you can't help but see progress. 

Four of the five of us on our zoom chat this morning. I then nipped out west to visit a friend who is currently having some chemotherapy treatment. Pleased that she was up for a walk then coffee and chat. 

Drove back and plugged the car in at the car park. Walked past the alders by the river on my way home. I'm just off to chat to my friend while she does her orthopaedic exercises then back to collect the car. 

Yoga later then back along to my friend's house for the monthly get together with a group of pals. A busy day.
