Sisters

Big sister Kim (left) and little sister Lorraine (right). If I was to characterize them based on our parents then Kim takes after dad and Lorraine is so much like mum it can be scary sometimes. These pictures were taken early in the evening of a family get together. The group shot and a bit more about the evening is posted on the 29th.

Lorraine has stopped smoking. been 3 months now so all credit to her. She has smoked since her early teens so it couldn't have been easy. Unusually (or perhaps not) she says she hasn't felt better health wise but poorer. An example is quite a loose chesty cough, but I wonder if these are all just symptoms of the body recovering. I like to think so.

Kim's son Lee is in Thailand doing volunteer work but has handed in his notice. Turns out the company he was working for was less about doing good for people and more about taking money from rich kids parents and providing their offspring with a bit of a jolly. Lee is not a rich kid. He paid for this trip himself and he also has morals/values and doesn't want to be part of this. Good for him.
