Blue Breakfast Blip
I was expecting another cold, grey (and maybe wet) day, mostly taken up by uninteresting chores.
I was right.
Fortunately I had the good sense to Blip my breakfast. It was brighter than the scene outside. Anyone wondering how someone on 20k steps per day can manage on a few blueberries for breakfast?
The answer is, I don't. Those blueberries get thrown into my porridge just before it is finished cooking. As I get older I am becoming less traditional about my porridge. I also add freshly ground black pepper and a few chilli flakes.
