Towering Over The Tower

Blackpool has never been my favourite seaside resort, even though it is the nearest to home. Sometimes called Blackpoo, which is often seems appropriate to me. Massive tourist industry, but it is one of the most deprived boroughs in the UK.

So why were we in Blackpool after such a good write up?  Our son and his family wanted to go to the Sea Life Centre, and this was much cheaper than Manchester's. And we all enjoyed it so it was a success. I was especially taken by the rays, and the way they fly though the water.

I could not get a decent photo that I liked inside the centre, but I had spotted a view as we walked towards it. Seemingly towering over The Tower, these structures are blown about in the wind and I've always thought they looked good, especially in some of the sea breezes here.
