A splendid day

Luck would have it that my birthday coincided with the first blue sky day for a while and the temperatures are already warming up.
This shot was taken at lunchtime and, the ones in extras, at the start and end of the working day. Walking in the sunshine was decidedly pleasant.
A delicious meal-in this evening as we prepare to go on holiday on Friday.
