Trysting
A busy day which was lots of fun.
First up was a visit from the window fitter to measure our windows prior to getting them replaced. He was originally from Stornoway and came down here to work on A9 when it was getting built and stayed.
VC then came over and we spent the rest of morning working on the social history aspects of a project exploring the story of Blair Atholl Station which she is co-ordinating. Really interesting looking at who worked on the railway and where they came from and went.
Social chat over lunch and then we went to our u3a book group. We'd be reading Lessons in Chemistry and that provoked quite a wide ranging discussion .Good fun.
Out again this evening for Cointry Dancing which was also good fun. I think I shall sleep well tonight
